Jason Isbell is Awesome
What a great show. The band was tight and they played with a lot of enthusiasm. Love the venue and the proximity to the stage. Parking was cheap and easy and there was a food court connected to the HOB, although we chose to eat there. What I didn't like is that I called and left a message twice and sent an email once to ask how I could upgrade the experience for myself and the 4 clients I had in attendance. No one from Live Nation bothered to contact me. After the show started, I told a bartender my experience and she said we could upgrade to the seats above for $45 a person. I would have done this is a heartbeat before the event began. We lost out on an upgraded experience and HOB/Live Nation lost out on $225.
